Dear Melican Families -

Thank you to the 8th grade students who participated in the NAEP Assessment on Thursday. Students were respectful and worked hard. The NAEP coordinator commented on how well-behaved our students were.

On Wednesday, March 18, we will run a Friday schedule. Additionally, the last day of Quarter 3 will be Friday, April 10.

We have a home Unified Basketball game against Marlborough on Wednesday, March 18, at 3:15.

Please remind students to bring charged Chromebooks to school every day.

Grade 6 UpdateWe will not hold the Grade 6 Overnight Trip to Outdoor Classroom this year. We had fewer than 50% of our families commit to the trip.

Our sixth grade team leaders are working to plan a day filed trip for our sixth graders (hopefully to Outdoor Classroom).

April 10 - Quarter 3 Ends - this is a change to our original plan
April 20-24 - April Vacation
